    • 2. Installing the checkout button must be done through your eCommerce platform unless you are using a direct integration on a custom cart. Each cart integration is unique some carts have limitations.

      5. Transaction Management:

      • As a WAAVE Merchant, you will have access to your WAAVE Merchant Dashboard.
      • Login info will be provided at launch
      • Explore this page to learn more about your dashboard's features 


        Statements:
        You will receive a weekly statement for your records as well as a monthly statement. These statements are for accounting purposes only and are not related to your disbursement schedule. You can also find your statements in your dashboard. If you want to understand your Payouts you can get more info here

      • Disbursements: If you are under a PayFac model, weekly payouts are on THURSDAYS. Please remember that your bank might take 3-4 days to reflect the transfer in your statement. 
      • If you have your own MID with WAAVE you are scheduled for Next-Day payments, with a 10 pm ET cutoff

      • Chargeback: Please review your Referral Agreement for details. Your account will be put under review if your chargeback rate exceeds 1%. Please read our Chargeback Rules

        Refunds and cancelations:

        • Refunds can be done from your dashboard, see how here
        • You can do Partial or full refunds and if partial you are able to refund an order more than once. Please ensure you review your refund policies not minimize the probability of chargebacks.
        • Because we do not recover refunded fees, we will adjust your payouts to recover the cost of your refunds.


          6. Processing fees: We don't allow you to pass processing costs on to your customer. This is against credit cards regulations and we work very hard to maintain good standing with the associations


          7. Live Support: We strive to provide quick and efficient customer service. For this, we rely on good communication. You will find a support chat inside your Merchant Dashboard. That is the BEST way to get help.
          Hours may vary, but every missed inquiry will result in a Support Ticket, which guarantees you a faster response.
