Installing the checkout button must be done through your eCommerce platform unless you are using a direct integration on a custom cart.

Use this on your site so that when changes happen we can make modifications on your behalf, this way you will never have out-of-date information on your site.


5. Transaction Management:


  • As a WAAVE Merchant, you will have access to your WAAVE Merchant Dashboard. 

  • Login info will be provided at launch and you can also find it in the Configuration section of your Dashboard

  • In the dashboard, you will see Today’s transactions under the ACTIVITY tab, and past transactions under HISTORY. Your History can be exported to a CSV file as well as product compliance screens and inventory management for those accounts using the WAAVE app for sales

  • Statements: You will receive a weekly statement for your records as well as a monthly statement. These statements are for accounting purposes only and are not related to your disbursement schedule. You can also find your statements in your dashboard.

  • Disbursements:  The frequency of your payouts depends on your setup. If you have your own MID with WAAVE you will enjoy next-day payments. If you do not have your own MID and are operating under our PayFac model, your payments may be on Monday and Thursday. Or on weekly basis, every Thursday

  • Chargeback: Please review your Merchant Agreement for details. Your account will be put under review if your chargeback rate exceeds 1%. Please read our Chargeback Rules


  • Refunds: WAAVE allows you to do full refunds, partial refunds, or multiple partial refunds, covering all eCommerce possibilities. 


6. Processing fees: We don't allow you to pass processing costs on to your customer. This is against credit card regulations.


7. Live Support: When you need help or have any questions, please use the chat icon at the top bar of your Merchant Dashboard. If someone is available you will be able to chat with a WAAVE Rep, if you contact us outside support hours, you will be able to send a support ticket.

Minimizing the number of direct emails between merchants and the WAAVE Team ensures faster and better support.
