WaaveCompliance is a mandatory plugin that monitors your inventory and shipping rules for your business vertical.

Without WaaveCompliance your WaaveCheckout and WaaveComplete will not work.

Because you work in a High-Compliance industry you have limitations on where you can ship your product. These limitations happen at multiple levels: Country, State/Province, Municipality, and City.

WAAVE monitors where you are shipping to, and helps you stay compliant with the multiple laws that affect your business.

We review your inventory at deployment, if any items are rejected we will let you know. You don't need to remove banned items, but you must know that when a customer adds these items to their cart they won't be able to pay for that order with WAAVE.

How to improve the user experience for your customers:

1. Make sure all your inventory categories are clear and transparent
2. Name your products correctly and add a good description of what it is.
3. Make sure there is a link to the COA if you are working with CBD or seeds.
4. Please make sure the items under a single category make sense. For example: if you put a CBD item under Kratom the rules of Kratom shipping will apply and you won't be able to ship that product to states where Kratom is banned.
5. Make sure your images match the item you are selling: We might ban an item based on its picture if that picture has any medical claims, mentions THC, or if the image is contradictory to the description and name of the item.
   6. No medicinal, disease-related, or therapeutic benefits claim.
