QuickBooks Integration is Now Live!

You can now connect your QuickBooks account directly to your WAAVE dashboard and manage invoices seamlessly.
Follow the steps below to set up your integration and start sending invoices right away.
Go to: https://cron.getwaave.co/QuickBooks/login
Log in using your admin vendor account
🔹 Step 2: Connect to QuickBooks
Click on the “Connect to QuickBooks” button.
You’ll be redirected to the Intuit login page.
Use your QuickBooks (Intuit) credentials to sign in.
Once logged in, click “Connect” to authorize the integration between QuickBooks and WAAVE.
🎉 Congratulations — your QuickBooks App is now connected!
You can disconnect it at any time from your WAAVE dashboard.
You can create invoices in two ways:
From the main menu: Create → Invoice
Add your customer, product/service, tax, shipping fee, and any other relevant details.
Then click Save to finalize the invoice.
Monitor your invoice status directly from the WAAVE dashboard or QuickBooks to track payments in real time.
Your buyer will automatically receive an email that looks like this:
When the buyer clicks the payment link in the email, they’ll be directed to the WAAVE payment page, where they can log in and complete their payment securely.
You’re now ready to manage your invoices and payments seamlessly with the WAAVE + QuickBooks integration.
