COA management
We manage all communications related to your COAs within the Dashboard. This saves time and allows us to approve your products faster
1. You can now see if you need to review COAs from your dashboard landing page
You will see a notification marker under "Inventory Review"

2. Go to compliance and check out the new tab "COA Management"
Instead of rejecting an item because of the COA, we move it to COA Management and we add a reason for not approving the COA. For example Expired COA. Wrong COA etc...
This way you know exactly what you need to do to get those items approved

Once you update the COA on the website go ahead and tap "Request Review" Once you request a review we will go ahead and approve the product.
3. Resubmit your rejected products
As our list of allowed products continues to expand it is possible that you might need to request additional reviews or perhaps you do not agree with our decision, you can go to the Rejected tab and resubmit from there.
