Delta 9 Compliance rules

We allow Delta 9 as long as the Delta 9 THC percentage is below 0.3%. All Delta 9 products must have all lab results and COAs listed on the site.

We want to see each COA link or picture on the specific product page.

Please remember all Delta products require a valid COA

COA requirements:

1. not older than 12 months

2. have the exact name of the item on it

3. Be from an accredited lab

4. If there are multiple flavors multiple COAs are needed

5. If your company name is not on the COA please provide an invoice that links your company to the name on the COA

Delta 9 is under scrutiny at the Federal and State Levels.

Many States have completely banned the sale of Delta 9 and many others have REGULATED it.
