When in doubt, double-check before shipping:

1.  Got a large order from a new customer? Looks too good to be true? It probably is!

We strongly suggest you take a second look at large transactions and ask the customer for ID before shipping the product.

2. Got two orders in a row from the same customer or shipping to the same address?

Usually, that signals someone is using two credit cards, again if it looks odd, have a second look, and contact the customer.

3. Two customers shipping to the same address

That is also a signal that something is off, especially if the transactions are close to each other.

4. Do you ship to a PO BOX?

While this is a common practice we know that PO BOXs are also used by bad actors to receive orders purchased with stolen cards. If you are shipping a      large order to a new customer to a PO BOX address we strongly suggest you ask for an ID

5. Billing and Shipping addresses in different countries?

This can happen in a legitimate order, but let’s face it, it is not common in the US. If you have a customer shipping to Canada and using a US billing address, you should ask for additional information.
